Bar Raiser Award

The Bar Raiser Award recognizes the achievements who are able to exceed their set production targets (tenure wise targets) by at least 10% positive variance while maintaining productivity levels and delivering error-free work in the areas of Client issues/ERA and EQA's will be recognized, expectation to other quality issues like QA Reports. Recipients of the " Bar Raiser Award" badge have gone above and beyond to champion goals of enabling the process performance.
