Million Women Mentors Pledge

The Million Women Mentors Pledge: S&P Global, in partnership with the US-Pakistan Women Council, has pledged to mentor 20,000 girls and women in Pakistan in support of Million Women Mentors (MWM) program.​​ This Mentorship Recognition badge emphasizes the individual’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and recognizes their services as exemplary role models.​​ Mentorship undertakings consist of: ​​ - Completing All Requisite Courses and Assignments of MicroMentor's Mentoring Masterclass to Become a Certified Mentor ​ - Organizing and Conducting Several Mentoring Workshops on Various Thematic Areas such as Advancement in the Fields of STEM, How to Create an Impactful CV/Resume, Digital Marketing/Entrepreneurship, etc. ​ - Via S&P Global Pakistan's MicroMentor Community, Establishing Exclusive Connections with Multiple Aspiring Women and Helping Them Navigate Through Their Careers by Providing Guidance, Support, and Mentorship ​via Dedicated 1:1 Sessions​ - Holding Dedicated Sessions with Fellow Female S&P Global Pakistan Employees to Guide Them in Their STEM Careers and Help Them Pursue More Leadership Opportunities ​
