H1 2023 Sales Education Employee: Essential Excellence Awards

This Award recognizes one Education employee for their outstanding contribution considering the following criteria (not limited to): •Creation and facilitation of quality, creative & targeted learning programs•Varied engagement with Sales & Marketing through a range of catch-ups, workshops, coaching sessions, large-scale participation, and/or overall number of online assets and completions (vs. target if applicable)•Feedback from participants, managers, and survey results •Proactive, timely, and creative approach to learning, using blended solutions and targeted Product Specialists and/or Commercial participation•Project work furthering progress on strategic initiatives and/or regional priorities•Strong communication and project management skills in developing and executing learning plans (timely scheduling, delivery, reporting, etc.)
