The MLBC Sponsorship graduate badge is awarded to participants who have successfully completed the MLBC Sponsorship program, a two-year program designed to invest in our senior leaders from across the enterprise. Graduates focused on enhancing career competencies and contributions to the organization outlined in an individualized development plan and with support from a designated Sponsor.
