Emerging Talent Award

This award is for the newest team members (tenure under 9 months), who have surpassed expectations and become all-around outstanding performers quicker than expected. Associates must attain a Productivity score of 90% or higher and a quality score of 90% or higher in every month of a given quarter. This means that consistently performing at a high level in terms of productivity and quality is essential to be considered for the award.
